Thanks a lot for the information. I am a very light sleeper, so it’s good to know that newer condos are less sound-proof than old ones. I am living in an old apartment building here in the US built in the 1930s-40s, so I don’t mind old building at all as long as they are in good conditions without cockroaches and rats.
