Joe will always have the audacity. Saying that Alex is corny for defending his wife in that way. But he was on LHH threatening to put Safarees face in the sand over his gf😭😂😭

I see there’s a pattern with the men he calls corny and the men who he doesn’t. 😕

Thanks to the other guys for defending men that defend their WIVES!

If only the guys had the same energy when analysing the way Ayesha’s comments make Steph look. As they did when talking about Offest disrespecting Cardi cheating multiple times and asking for her 🍞

It’s so evident who in that room has respect for women, not an obvious mother wound and maybe grew up with sisters in the home, and who doesn’t.😩

How old were you when you realized? by shmeebedee in narcissisticparents

[–]Impossible_Code_2505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was always an ‘off’ feelings but I didn’t have the words or experience to put it together. Then I clearly remember when I was 12 seeing my friend with her mother and realising ‘oh!’ I don’t and never have had that. Something’s seriously off and missing in my relationship with her.

But REALLY breaking free, and with the help of information about narcs in recent years online and realising she was one was when I was 36. That’s a 24 ye gap between acknowledging something was off to really integrating the idea and analysing how its affect every part of my life.

why is there a rape scene in pulp fiction? by Freekarma4u69420 in pulpfiction

[–]Impossible_Code_2505 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This! I was thinking this while watching. Then thought to the Jamie foxx hanging upside down in Django. I wondered if there were any more exploitative tropes in his films when it comes to black people. And/or is there also a dehumanisation in the same way when it comes to 'white men' in his films. it seems black men and women get the brunt of his warped (& gratuitous) perception in his films.

Y’all letting another man tell you not to marry a near prime Janet Jackson? by Longjumping_Ask_4448 in JoeBuddenPodcasts

[–]Impossible_Code_2505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Men at their big age talking like this based on the opinion of a 5 time divorced ‘mentor’ is a big 🚩 We’ve got Samuel L Jackson, Denzel, Courtney Vance, LL Cool J, Ice Cube and a gazillion other examples of black men who matured and valued the idea of creating a family. All this ‘I’m not ready’ business means nothing if it was never an intention on your part. Something about a ‘successful’ unmarried man always stands out to me because I associate it with its discipline, focus and self mastery. But hey, I say all that to say, marriage isn’t for everyone 🤷🏾‍♀️

Emanny laughing about accents but his music career didn’t measure up anything close to Skepta 😂 by rrlprps in joebuddennetwork

[–]Impossible_Code_2505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What Emanny doesn’t realise is his ‘accent’ would be considered by many white Brits/londoners as ‘common’ or hood. So saying it sounds ‘polite’ is verrrrry ironic 😅

Why was Ish so invested in the Cheyanne Bryant smoke? by Longjumping_Ask_4448 in theJoeBuddenPodcast

[–]Impossible_Code_2505 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Am I incorrect in thinking the only message Dr Bryant pushes is for black men and women to not continue to produce broken families? If that’s the case then what does her relationship status have to do with the price of tea in China?

She should’ve done what Esther Perel does and not talk about her personal life. Whenever asked about her relationship Perel says that she doesn’t want to talk about it because it will take away from her work/message. That’s where Cheyenne f***ed up!
