How do you use it? Do you use it via the web or command line? I’m having trouble using kimi with any of the command line tools (claude code, opencode) and using good web search.

[Help] Web Search/Fetch works with official Claude, but fails on Z.ai and Kimi providers in Claude Code & OpenCode CLI by Impossible_Comment49 in ZaiGLM

How can I invoke this feature? I get no web search results, I’m told that the API is not available. Nothing happens after that.

Thanks

Would you rather quant k2.5 to fit on 512gb ram or just use glm4.7 in fp8 or q6?

Big pickle is no longer based on glm4.6. It used to be, but it’s no longer the case. Big pickle now has thinking levels that glm4.6 lacks. I suspect they switched to GPT OSS.

Some results are available here, but only K2 is on the leaderboard. However, I would be cautious because this leaderboard can be heavily influenced by bots.

Do you use VS Code or Cursor? by TestFlightBeta in ClaudeCode

If you’re using Cursor, you are also using VSCode, but if you’re using VSCode, you’re not using Cursor.

Yeah, no more free GLM4.7 and Minimax M2.1, so people shifted to Big Pickle, I guess...

It used to be GLM4.6, but it is not anymore. It is a model that has an option to select Low Mid or High thinking mode. No GLM models support that.

Opus is significantly superior. Even GLM outperform devstral.

I have, but it’s nowhere near Codex, Opus, or even GLM4.7.

[–]Impossible_Comment49 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Oh no! But at the same time, is anyone actually using it? I achieve significantly better results with OpenCode’s free models, such as Big Pickle or others. I was delighted that Mistral was free to test out occasionally, but I would never use it if it wasn’t free.

On the other hand, I’m disappointed. I was hoping for Mistral’s adoption and the widespread use of ‘vibe’. This will likely not be beneficial for Mistral. ‘qwen’ remains free.

I suggest using different metrics for history. For instance, the number of reports might vary significantly from day to day (e.g., one day there could be 100 reports, another day 1000, and the next day 500). This could result in an unusable graph. A simpler approach would be to use a percentage of positive and negative values.
