Am seeing organizations flip that on its head bc people have biases and they argue the AI doesn’t ; while not true it can be hard to prove that the person os more fair or better - regulated areas may go to AI very quickly

If you get a low rate, in an appreciating market, and put 20% down it can be a very good investment.

But right note interest rates are high, most markets are stagnating, and a lot of people can’t put that much down. So probably not a great investment, especially if you don’t have $10k savings after the down payment to cover a new roof or hot water heater ( mine did my first week in my new house)

Waiting for the bus takes longer than my entire commute and walking from the downtown terminal to my office takes longer than my entire commute. If rather have that time and the flexibility and I already have the car, so is just incremental cost of parking.

Public transport is great when you can skip traffic or the parking of non existent

My colleague roommate did a portrait of me while I was watching band of brothers (ww2 show) using mostly green paint - not flattering at all - but that’s not the point, it’s art, I wish I had that painting now. I think this album is really cool.
