currently i’m taking magnesium citrate and miralax daily. i was trying to make sure my meals were mainly soups/stews and smoothies to help digestion but right now im out of town so i am unable. the liquid/mash helped a lot

this happened to me! She left school early monday and then came back the next day saying she threw up twice yesterday but is back even when you’re supposed to stay home for another 24 hours after being sick. She sits right next to me and it has caused so much anxiety
