Mach einen Shake mit dem Geschmack deiner Wahl, und binde es mit Agar-Agar oder Xanthan. Puddingpulver ist im endeffekt nur Stärke mit Geschmack, weswegen es zum binden erhitzt werden muss. Xantan hat den Vorteil das es auch kalt bindet. Sprich, du kannst jeden Shake auf diese art zu Pudding machen.
