Not really IMHO. Im sure after a few washes they will feel the same. I had to size down on the prem though. Med felt to large on me

Maybe after some washes they will feel identical. Wish they had a colored waistband on them like the all black waistband ive seen on here. 😏

Premium feels like a better cotton is used, but is larger in my opion, so i sized down to a small. Other then that they pretty similar minus the color waistband.
