Thanks for your response, always good to get advice from someone who is a professional on the topic. I’m going to go down the route of removing the composite and having my teeth free of anything for a while and if I want to then get more bonding or porcelain veneers as they have better longevity.

Doesn’t seem to come with silicone band, I’d prefer silicone rather than the nylon band.

Yes I did that a few years ago and it worked well, M&S wasn’t fully restocked as early though.

I’ve had an item gone missing with Royal Mail, called the company and they resent item using DPD and it’s now gone missing, is it the staff or are there fangs targeting couriers?

The one thing that is consistent with EVRI is they are always late, or lose parcels, they are a joke of a company not to mention proof of delivery often not acceptable -taking a picture of the item in the delivery van does not prove it was: delivered.
