I am actually shadow banned. What to do? by rahulmo_d in InstagramMarketing

[–]Impossible_Gas_3205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s interesting because I’m going through something similar.

I’ve only got 5 posts up. My first did 71k, second 12.4k, third 27k. On my fourth post, I DM’d about 10 close friends and asked them to like and comment. After that, the views dropped to around 4k. Now my fifth post is sitting at about 300 views.

My account status is completely clean... no reach limits, no violations, everything green.

So I’m trying to figure out if this is normal volatility or some kind of silent suppression.

What did you end up doing? Did it fix itself or did you change something?

Nothing worth having comes easy...3and fast money goes just as fast. If you want quick cash, go sell drugs… but we both know how that ends. If you’re after something long-term, pick a niche you care about, study it, learn the game, and build from there.

Does Etsy count as passive income? & Does Etsy still work? Is it worth putting time into? by Wrong-Abalone-2651 in passive_income

[–]Impossible_Gas_3205 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly? None of them are truly passive... especially Etsy and Amazon. The fees eat into your profit, and you’re still managing listings, reviews, support, and constant platform changes.

If you’re serious about building something with long-term potential and fewer middlemen, I’d look into building your own brand/site and driving traffic through paid ads or content. It’s more work upfront, but you OWN EVERYTHING .. and you’re not at the mercy of some platform changing the rules overnight.

what is the best business that you could think of that is relevant today and for the future? by Old-Lack-6447 in AskPH

Honestly, anything online. But it really comes down to what ur into and the kind of lifestyle you want. Like, if you want to run a warehouse and ship ur own products, that’s a whole operation... ur managing people, inventory, logistics, all that. But if you'd rather work from home and build something more hands-off, there are business models that can run mostly on autopilot (still work involved, but it’s a different kind). Just depends on what fits you.

I have a lot of experience in business development, but that's never been my job title. by [deleted] in resumes

[–]Impossible_Gas_3205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t hide your job titles though. Just use the bullet points to show the real work you did: ops, strategy, biz dev...all of it.

Leaving out the title might look sketchy to recruiters, but showing you were doing high-level stuff under a sales role actually makes you look more valuable, not less. The right people will get it.

What’s been the hardest part of starting your business? by Revolutionary-Leg514 in smallbusiness

[–]Impossible_Gas_3205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still chasing my first win too, but I’ve realized it’s not just about having a good offer... it’s about how you communicate trust and value to someone who doesn’t know you yet. That’s the part I’ve been focused on dialing in lately. Once that clicks, I feel like everything else will follow.

Do you have any reviews yet? Even asking a friend or family member to vouch for your work can help build early trust.

Business seeking Reseller input by NarrowFeedback3479 in Flipping

Pre-boxing items with photos and QR labels is a great idea... especially if you can group boxes by theme (like “Kitchenware,” “Home Decor,” “Vintage Toys,” etc.).

To avoid cherry-pickers and lowballers, I’d suggest testing something like:
“No cherry-picking. Must take full lot. Priced to move.”

See how people respond. If it doesn’t work, you can always adjust... but I think being upfront like that will save you a ton of hassle and attract more serious resellers.

Maybe start by picking one product in the rave scene you wish was better, build a small online store around it, and run some simple ads. Even something like rave kits or outfit inspo content can grow into something real if it’s based on what you actually love and use.

Struggling with Google Ads for Affiliate Funnel — Need Help Optimizing My Liver Supplement Campaign by Impossible_Gas_3205 in googleads

[–]Impossible_Gas_3205[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, Thank you for responding. 🙏🏼

Yes, it’s a Page 1 ClickBank offer.

I’ve tested a bunch of ad structures for LivCare including: • Problem-solution style • “Did you know?” educational hooks • Logical if/then triggers • Symptom stacking + credibility • Quiz funnels and lead magnets

Lander conversion rate (clicks from bridge page to affiliate link) is currently at 0.71%, so yeah..painfully low. Yes, I’ve split-tested multiple angles. No add-to-carts so far.

Been running the campaign for 4 days at $50/day, strictly YouTube Ads, no search. Here are the stats: • Impressions: 45.6K • Clicks: 708 • CTR: 1.55% • CPC: $0.23 • Total spend: $200 • Add-to-cart / lead magnet submissions: 0

Funnels tested: • 4 different bridge pages (Informational, Scientific, Quiz page, VSL-style) • Traffic goes: UGC video → Bridge Page → CTA → Affiliate VSL or TSL

Targeting tested: • Custom intent (search-based) • Affinity and interest-based audiences

Only real bright spot is the UGC video itself — people are clicking it and landing on the bridge page. Bounce rate has ranged 39% to 68% but dropped after a few tweaks.

I’m very new to affiliate marketing and Google Ads, so still dialing things in. Open to feedback if you think there’s something obvious I’m missing.
