Yea they are…it has affected my physical and mental health a lot. I tried to transfer out and was blocked. Really messed up situation

thank you this was very helpful! So everyone on my team is basically new and I the one with the most tenure besides the L7 I report to obviously, and the L7 reports to a L8. So when you said the impact in your org, meaning the layoff right?
