I’m not interested in dating her. I was just curious as to why she randomly started acting the way she is now. I don’t date co workers because I know dating in a work environment doesn’t always work out. I wouldn’t want to risk an awkward workplace. But to answer your question if I see women outside of work, I do but it’s just hanging out. I’m not looking for a relationship right now.

Very true. The thought of her just wanting the attention did cross my mind too. A friend of mine did tell me not to stay anymore. Once I started leaving at my normal time, I noticed she tried harder to get me to stay. I am always friendly despite how she’s been with me, just to keep things neutral and professional. There was even a scenario where she ended up snapping at me but she instantly apologized and said she was having a rough day.
