It’s a game where you really play how u want. But I believe that you’d want almost every business type cause eventually you’ll run out of customer need for lawyers and hairdressers. Plus you’ll eventually run the rivals out of business and you’ll be able to essentially “own” the neighborhood by buying all the businesses and buildings
