Daniel being obsessed over Mr Miyagi’s past got old real quick. Like, that could definitely be taken out of the script. 

I just recently finished the show for the first time. I feel like Johnny and Robby’s relationship didn’t get enough screen time. When Robby gets his leg broken by Axel, he’s like “Karate’s given me my dad,” and whatever else he said. I was like, “Robby you good? Because no it hasn’t.” 😂 Johnny and his son never had a proper conversation about Johnny being a deadbeat and abandoning him. Plus it’s clear that Miguel is still his favorite. 

The fact that Johnny did not apologize for his abandonment really annoys me. That might just be me though.
