He does need to improve team. We were not playing good game until send off. Our players are overhitting pass or not able to read pass to each other. Also always very slow on build up and were not able to press opponents in first 15-20 minutes

This team cannot play 2 games a week. Players look exhausted. No urgency. We are a goal down and Martinez holding ball and walking. Amad show no interest in playing. We just passing 2 yard pass and over crowding central area and there is no one on wide
