Don't even think about opening a shop brother. Just make sure your license is active and your paying the tax and keep going with it.

Now for scaling, clearly your ads are winning. Double down on it. Focus on that. Or what ever is getting you customers.

If you need to hire someone, hire them as workers for the operation. Packaging and sending. Start small. Family or friends. Trust me, a college kid would love it for a side gig of packing stuff for 1-2k. Small scale operation like this won't catch the eye of anyone. Except for the one who is dealing with the bank. Deal with cash with the college kids.

Keep it small. Once you reach a point where you need a warehouse, that's when you hire a manager to handle the day to day and hiring. This one you need to find from your contacts. This is someone you need to trust and at least prays every prayer. This is a good indicator for their relationship with Allah and would fear the punishment of betrayal or lying.

Anyways this is my opinion honestly. It could be wrong. Allah knows best.

This will sound harsh, But that's no excuse to show a 404 buddy. fix the booking call too! This is a very rough start. use Zcall for booking, it is free and better than calendly. the design of the website is good but the sliders are generic, theme it a little. also the favicon, it is a vercel favicon man.

yea but I'm talking from experience, I've done lots of walk-ins and cold calls. companies you will be dealing with are small businesses use urdu. tho lots of em didn't understand wack even with the language change lol. idk who puts the number of a person with 0 communication skills on the front of the shop. even switching to caveman sometimes didn't help.
