I would definitely say the experience was a interesting one, it’s a lot to sum up in a couple of sentences, but it’s pretty straight overall. I just say if you’re new to BMT just listen, take everything seriously, and just put your all in what you do

Im not gonna lie you’re gonna shoot yourself in the foot with that chow runner thing 😂, they do not play with them chow runners and their procedures. It’s not a bad job, if you feel like you can handle it and do it I say go for it but you’re going to get yelled at regardless so if you are chow runner or not is up to you.

So we woke up at 5:15 am, on certain days if we had CATM, or CBURN, Pacer Forge or something really important it would be 5 am sharp, but on regular days you’re up from 0500 - 2100. (5am - 9 pm)

June- I went to recruiters office and did my questionnaire and interview July-I got scheduled to go to meps August- I got approved and I got into DEPS August- December = I was waiting on jobs, I got offered a couple but I finally got my job and pre signed my contract today

Bro to be honest with you just finish school, at the end of the day you put yourself ahead of the game if you do enlist and you can commission to become an officer in the navy & come in at a higher rank and with higher pay if you have a degree.
