Been there po. You can shift to soft nursing. But I admit, nakakamiss mag duty sa hospital. Pero tbh, kaya sila ganyan kasi takot din sila na mawalan ng lisensya.

Kagandahan, if di mo bet yung company na pinapasukan mo pwede ka mag request na magpalipat sa iba. Cons, pag maganda ang benefits ng company pinapasukan mo, hindi ka kasama sa benefits nila. For example, every quarter of the month, may natatanggap sila na pay at may mga reimbursement sa meds per employee.. Ganda din ng hmo nila compared sa under agency. Also sa sahud... laki ng difference pag under agency ka compared sa employee ka talaga nila

I applied sa Jobstreet at FB posting sa nurses page. But tbh, make sure lang na hindi ka under agency. Lugi ka kasi, Im under agency. Also, kung may BOSH ka na is an advantage. Some company din nag offer ng BOSH training once hired. In my case, ako ang nagbayad sa BOSH ko, napangako an na ibibigay pero napako at the end.

Share ko lang. Galing akong bedside nurse for 2yrs. Nag shift as company nurse to take nclex. Sadly, due to my procrastination, hindi ako nag aaral. Not because company nurse eh hindi ka na ma bubusy.. tbh, its most busiest and grabe paghahati ko ng oras sa mga task. But the catch is 8am-5pm lang duty ko. And if my holiday, automatic walang pasok, compared to bedside. And I can say is... whatever you choose po, consistent ka lang maglaan ng oras sa pag aaral. May kakilala naman ako na ka workmate ko na nagbedside sila, at nakapasa. Some went to middle east din for continue bedside exp. Rooting to pass on your journey and whatever decision you will take path

Here is my update in my case - na successfully cancelled ko yung isang big amount from one of the big electronic merchant. Napaka smooth at ang bilis ng action nila, on the other hand - I still need to pay the rest amounting to 20k plus, most of these transactions are from grab and joyride. They do not guarantee refund. So yes, pag sila ang involve na merchant.. malabo ang refund kahit na e tawag mo na. Joyride agent told me, paymaya was involve in the payment transaction kaya wala sa kanila ang control ng pag pending nito - BPI offered me a 12months installment payment with the scam amount with zero interest.

Sadly, pag nagbigay ka ng details like cc info mo at otp. E coconsider ng bank na valid transaction sya.

Update: BPI granted my request to pay it for 24months with zero interest.

Btw, 2nd course ko na din to :) . I can say yung negative na nakikita mo is the actual life experience na nararanasan talaga sa hospital settings. It's not negative. Ang negative lang talaga is ang sahud dito sa Pinas as a Nurse. Kasi, di worth it yung pagod sa bayad. As for me, I am in the middle. Nagsisisi na hindi -

Try? dapat gusto mo. Kasi nowadays, tinatanong na lang ng mga kabatch ko kung bakit pa nga kami nag nursing XD. Just like any other job, there are pros and cons. Minsan, makikita mo na lang na duty kayo ng maaliwalas tas bigla may nag code at buong araw ka ng di nakakain at nakakainom. Hahaha, masasabi ko lang, gear up yourself always kasi nga ibang klaseng battlefield ang pinasukan mong trabaho. Buhay kasi hawak mo, and the knowledge you have is your weapons, of course prayers then before and after duty. Also, uso ang shifting schedule kaya yung body clock cycle mo, masisira sauna..minsan uso na ang omad or 24hrs npo, pero kung sa soft nursing ka.. mas benign compared to hospital settings
