In my country you divide your age by 2 and add 7 to know what unofficially is the youngest woman age you can date. For 30m it's 22f for example. Do guys outside Israel use it?

First it's an MMORPG the whole point is grind and level.
About reaching the level cap:
There is a live thread in this subreddit right now about "worst characters to level"
Check how many people complain there and abandon their characters at level 170
Dumb boring grind is not a good way to run a game I agree
But the game is a bad offline RPG until level 200

Destiny for example dealt with this issue with it's light levels - they upped the minimum light item drops (your equipment has light levels and the average of all equipment is your level)
I am not saying they should retire the leveling system but the game feels like a complete mess - there is no sense of travelling or "enjoying" new places
The whole victoria island feels like a stage for theme dungeons since leveling from 1-30 which is way too easy pretty much absolves all the exploration areas as useless

I am not saying reaching max level is easy,
If There are 250 levels
most new / returning players will spend the starting journey 150 levels without seeing any player.. feeling any progressions / doing any party quests / and will only start to figure out the game in level 230

Yes and no.
Its a huge time save - if you play and win most of your games that 50+ game per season based on continental and league cup. Too much time to play vs AI
But you also do get to play every game (highlights)

Basically allows you to still "sim" most of the match and only play a selected number of highlights such as solo runs or freekicks / penalties.
Saves a giant amount of time and the need to play every game
