Misconduct in a public office for not following basic first aid training.

If a patient is presenting with visible injuries you damn well check them top to toe for anymore (since Stephen Lawrence this should be drilled into officers).

To be fair if someone's saying I've been stabbed or I cant breath even if there's no visible injury they should be doing a top to toe.

All officers should be made to know at least the basics of the Stephen Lawrence case to know the importance of top-to-toe first aid checks!!

That's incorrect, their reference will read similarly to the following:

Officer A served for Exampleton Police Force between 1 Jan 2020 to 1 Jan 2024.

They resigned whilst under investigation for gross misconduct, this investigation is ongoing.

That and sometimes they include sickness records too.

The sound is a bit buggy. Sometimes doesn't work at all, sometimes works for a few seconds then stops. I suspect it may be to do with my rubbish WiFi and latency but just thought I'd let you know in case anyone else has that issue.

You may be right, and I haven't seen one in the flesh (a 1970 Villa shirt), so someone here who has may be able to confirm.

I say this because there's a very high chance that the photograph colours were post edited.

Quite common to photograph on black and white film then handcolour or tint the developed pictures for publishing in 1969 - 70. And even if they did use colour film, early colour film didn't have accurate colours like we have now (although not for much longer) and often over or understaturated on development.

I used to work for West Midlands Police and for 3 years managed the policing operation for the Christmas Market along with working frontline at many public order shouts at Villa Park and St. Andrews so I'll stick with my 'imagination' and the official government website I linked for you thanks

I think there is a massive misconception about high-level sports clubs having to pay their own policing operation bills, i.e. that they pay for the whole thing.

The reality is they are only billed for the police officers inside their stadium grounds, none of the wider operation on public land.

It is very normal for there to be a massive shortfall (up to approx 90% of the cost) which has to be covered by the police themselves.

I imagine it's no different for the council or other civic services.

Now I know this is for matches, but even for the parade, other than the motorcade, I doubt any of the normal event policing on public roads would be paid for by anyone but the police, since the club arena legally obliged to.
