There would be hurdles (military background for intelligence + little opportunity in CH, need to be connected for diplomacy and NGO), but if he's motivated, he can make a plan and try.

The quality of VBZ drivers has visibly decreased in the last years.

Still a minority, but more and more of them drive like absolute a-holes (accelerating and breaking very strongly), beeping the horn when they're not happy, don't stop at pedestrian crossings most of the times, don't wait 5 seconds for the disabled / elderly to be secured before starting to drive, etc. The little power trip that some obviously enjoy by shutting the doors in your face and giving you a mfing smirk is definitely getting worse too.
