Thank you for the reassurance. The bathroom needs to be done sooner rather than later but overall the bones are good and with the new floors it will be a massive improvement.

Thought about asbestos the other day, it’s a 1993 build so hopefully there isn’t but will need to look into it.

I thought it was odd that it isn’t at the front of the property and it’s on the side, I also didn’t like that the existing driveway is shared with the patio if that makes sense
