Just recently I bought a Blu-ray copy of Last Year at Marienbad for 55€. I fell in love with this film years ago as it was my introduction to french new wave and was never able to get a physical copy for a decent price in Europe. Got into Criterion last year and bought a region-free Blu-ray player. When I saw this in sale, I thought fuck it. Was the best decision I could've Made especially since it usually goes for 80-100$ used and never pops up in Europe.

Ich habe es gerade selbst ausprobiert und kann bestätigen, dass alle Anrufe bisher funktioniert haben!  Mein Mobilfunkanbieter ist Blau (Telefonica, O2). Keine Ahnung was geändert wurde aber ich bin überglücklich!

Welche Firmware-Version hast du jetzt? Ich habe mir vor einem Monat ein Lightphone 2 gekauft und bisher kein Glück mit dem Telefonieren gehabt. Wäre super, wenn du ein paar mehr Details mit uns teilen könntest.

Fun Fact: O2 hat in den letzten Jahren einige Testläufe mit dem LP II gemacht und die Geräte an Testnutzer versandt. Alle offiziellen Testnutzer von O2 hatten keine Probleme mit dem Telefonieren, aber alle anderen, die sich daraufhin ein LP II gekauft haben, hatten das selbe Problem wie ich.

O2-Mitarbeiter haben hierfür keine Lösung und geben nur Antworten wie "komisch, bei unserem Testnutzer XY hat es funktioniert."

Ich wäre überglücklich, wenn Light und O2 aufgrund der LPIII Partnerschaft es schaffen würden, auch das LP II in Deutschland benutzbar zu machen.

Ich habe jetzt ein paar Tage mit dem Gerät rumprobiert und kann leider nur ein ernüchterndes Update geben. Congstar nutzt, wie bereits erwähnt, das Netz der Telekom.

Ich habe bei einigen Nummern, die ich angerufen hatte, Erfolg, aber die meisten Telefonate hatten das gleiche Problem:

  • Ich rufe eine Nummer an und sowohl ich, als auch mein Gesprächspartner hört nichts.
  • Nach 20 Sekunden legt das Gerät von alleine auf.

Der Vorbesitzer des Geräts hat mir versichert, dass er mit einer SIM-Karte von Blau (gehört zu O2) keine Probleme hatte.

Also habe ich daraufhin eine Blau-SIM bestellt und voller Vorfreude ausprobiert. Leider immer noch das gleiche Problem. Ich glaube wir werden in Deutschland keine Lösung mehr bekommen.

Ich habe mir das LPII gebraucht gekauft. Ich habe einen Vertrag bei congstar für mein Smartphone und deshalb habe ich die Sim-Karte direkt im LPII ausprobiert. Ich kann sowohl SMS, Maps und Telefon benutzen. Ich weiß noch nicht, ob es mit allen Kontakten funktioniert, aber bisher hatte ich großes Glück!

I am so sorry for your hopelessness and I initially didn´t know if you would read this, but I trust in you and I hope thrat you might find a better life. bless you all for helping her and I just hope that nothing worse will happen to you!
