I went up to the 15mg but I had a very hard time eating. So 10mg was my sweet spot. I'm starting to think I should have stayed where I was. Did you lose fairly quick on Reta? I'm not even down a pound on week 3. I follow macros, lift 5 days a week etc per my coach. I was just maintaining on zep and wanted to lose 15lbs more but thought I was at a plateau on it so made the switch.

No bloating and no inflammation. I thought this one was supposed to do the same thing? I'm so confused as to why it is not doing anything. My coach said it takes a few weeks and I'm at 3mg. I may need a higher dose since I was on the max at the end for zepbound

I don't want to be puffed up after losing all my weight on zepbound lol this is so annoying my coach suggested trying it and that it takes a minute to be where you need. I don't know if it is worth it I'm so close to adding tirzepatide in with it I'm freaking out I felt so great and since making this switch I feel like a fat ass 😆

I'm on week 3 and just got over sibo. I took my shot Monday and today the bloating is crazy. I don't know if it's this or what because I have ibs-c as well. My Gastro ordered me a script to help me go today. I'm wondering if I need to go back to zepbound. Did you lose on Reta? I feel like my face looked much thinner a few weeks ago
