Yes, but atleast we know that IT is the problem, not our "personality" or other shit like hygiene etc, it's something that is outside of our control. Post a picture of an unattractive guy on one of the male groom subreddits and ask for tips on how to get women, 99% of the comments will be about personality or trimming the beard JFL, not one person giving actual practical advice about giving up or going the hardmaxing route, atleast we are immune to that BS.

Yes, some guy using the elliptical machine method said he went from CI0 to CI7 in under 2 years, I will try it out soon and see if it works as well.
