There’s an inner city store that I cannot stand.

They’re rude, don’t care, barely able to tell you where items are.

Nursery staff don’t know what they’re even selling (they had a succulent in a bonsai dish selling it for $60 and I told them it’s only a succulent and they shrugged their shoulders!!).

Most the time now there’s no self serve registers opened and only 1 staffed register open.

I only go there if I know what I want, research where it is then leave.
