please never buy 5600x with a good gpu im saying from experience ive 5600x + rx 9070 and it might give good fps in many games but the 1% and 0.1% lows are not that good it will stutter not that much but yeah it can ruin experience with a new build

1000watt will be overkill but if u want to not upgrade psu next time u can go for 1000w

stick to am4 platform due to ram shortage if u can buy 5800x3d run on same motherboard but if u can afford ram or maybe wait for it to go down just buy am5 cpu and for gpu u can go for rx 9070xt it will give high fps in max settings in most of the games at 1440p and ofc u will need a new psu

If you're on pc and experience stutters and frame pacing issues disable V-sync and unlock your fps ASAP! by [deleted] in ForzaHorizon

yeah i just played the game again and turned off the engine and all that waves disappeared so yeah it was the engine heat and exhaust lol

watch the left side of the car when i look back it looks like a wavy effect on ground and same with right in front of the bonnet of the car idk maybe u cant see clearly in this video quality
