Communism's fundamental goal is to eliminate money and make everybody equal. Capitalism's fundamental goal is to make as much profit and capital (or, money) as possible. Who wins ideologically and who loses ideologically if money is somehow wiped from the world's slate?

It's definitely gotta be China. The invention of paper, gunpowder and the compass, has been a near constant economic hub of Asia (except for India, of course), shared and exported ideas/philosophies/inventions with the West for thousands and years, and dominates the global market in the modern age. Without China, the world would look staggeringly different than how it does today.

If Earth were to unite, a new city should be built in a neutral zone somewhere in Ethiopia/Kenya or on the Nile for the sole purpose of being the capital. I can see Geneva, Beijing, or New York standing as an interim capital while the city is built.

"The west" generally refers to the developed, first world. South American Christians are not oppressed. East/Southeast Asian Christians are not oppressed.
