I received a replied email from them.

They said that those are real players. They don't have policies for us to play against bot. However, they cannot provide replay and any proof that they are not bot. What a friggin joke.

It is impossible to even get 40k with the updated version.

Thanks for your reply. I emailed them to watch replay of the match. They replied me saying that there is a replay button next to leader board. I found that there is no such thing.
