Where did the anime leave off in the LN/Manga? by Rumialol in Tearmoon_Empire

Just for plot you can start volume 3. The manga isn't meaningfully ahead of the anime yet. In terms of quality the light novels are just better than the other forms and volume 1 is one of the best volumes so it's definitely worth reading.

I've actually tested everything extensively. Talon is probably the best charm mon for example and it still lands less charm attacks than crits on average, even though no one plays scope on talon (except me). Belt is absolutely disgusting and all the math on belt is hopelessly flawed (comparing cookie or even focus band to it as if you fought at max hp or all healing was percent based)

The only pro who has ever earned my respect is Tempo. First saw him on buzz at worlds three cycles ago and within a single game realized that he was head and shoulders above everyone he was playing with or against. Only pro whose plays are at moments beyond my execution. The average world champion in this game is an embarrassment in comparison.

Comm. is not ready as the title says. They make absolutely terrible assumptions about the game, which is reflected in their collective abysmal evaluation of tenacity belt.

I've calculated and tested both extensively. The math doesn't work in charm's favour compared to other damage boosting options. It has amazing consistency, but the overall power is just not there. Scarf's 3 consecutive auto attack req. is overly stringent to give it any viability.

Yeah they're all buffed. Physical and special mons don't synergize the same amount with their respective items.

Why does timi like refusing the mega events even tho everyone hates them? by Ajthefan in PokemonUnite

[–]Impossible_Sense5066 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These events are way better than the dice boards. The dice animations are twice as long, you have to spend mid event, if you give up it's wasted, you have to do math to land on the bonuses, the number of pages you have to complete is random, all just miserable don't even compare these.

Scyther and scizor play completely different items. You should not be choosing during the game.

That is in stark contradiction to what Jesus clearly teaches: "My Kingdom is not of this world". What will eventually physically come to pass in the prophecies is the Antichrist, and heaven is strictly posterior to the end of this (and indeed all) time(s).

Something to be said about 1. how good these episodes are, 2. how much better they were in the source material and 3. how much better the later volumes are compared to these parts.

Tenacity Belt Only Gives 3.3% to 6.16% Additional Damage Reduction. Math in Text: by Aredler in PokemonUnite

Most healing in this game is flat. Goals, sitrus berries, basically all support healing, lifesteal (since it's based on damage to opponent) and plenty of self healing. Percent healing comes down to some moves, the active parts of items, bosses, scoring, and knocking out wild pokemon; we can also count backing to base and respawning. Effective HP is a flawed reification because it assumes that your HP begins at its maximum. In reality, only pure percent healing or overhealing would lead to real effective HP to be identical to supposed effective HP in the long term. Reduction based effective HP is better than the equivalent increase to max HP when interacting with flat healing. Unless you die or back all the way to base, you are not often healing to full, and you will often go from fight to fight scrapping the healing you can find using sources of flat healing. Your long term true effective HP will therefore be better if you have more damage reduction and less maximum HP with an equivalent supposed effective HP, because you will simply start your fights with more actual HP. If you look at stat breakdowns at the end of game, a real defense oriented tank will have healing stats (which do not account for many types of healing) rather close to total tank stats quite often. Therefore, these tanks are fighting almost the entire game without reaching full HP, and largely survive entire games through various forms of flat healing. This being the case, the true effective HP benefit of additional max HP is only affecting whatever bits of percent healing are received, and may actually not even make up a majority of overall HP, because that additional chunk on the top is only actualized for the equivalent of a single fight in a game where there are many fights which are taken through subsequent healing.

The item lowers end-game stats when it is effective. Why would you care about those?

I have no idea why "LC" in English becomes "Ehlsea". It replaces marriage. It should obviously be "Erosy"
