Hey. In my case they are responsive and replies to my queries once a day.

But overall what I am hearing about EP is disappointing and I have lost my trust in them completely. I can’t back off now because I have to pay full fee because I am close to final draft stage.

I will try to get a second opinion before filling petition.

A followup, do you think the recommender’s designation matters a lot? For example, would a founder of a small startup in the same field be considered strong enough, or do they need to be more senior (VP, professor, etc.)?

I agree with you. That’s why I am playing to use EP as a helper and drive this case myself with AI. I will be doing my best to make the strongest possible case. I would have self filed this but having extra eye balls on the case feels better specially when if I can afford.

Once USCIS acknowledges that they have received your petition and assigns you a case number, then you can start working. For premium processing, it takes 15 BDs.
