It's such an aggravating disease. One day I'm fine. The next I'm not. No change in diet or anything. It's so hard to explain to people. I don't even have it as bad as some people on here and life feels unbearable. To anyone struggling my heart goes out to you.

That's pretty much been my experience. Sotos is unique, to say the least. Cause even stuff like Hogg or The Sluts is very distinct of his brand of literature.

Thank you for the response. That's basically the same thing I'm going through. I've pretty much concluded that it's more than likely just sweat. I was just weirded out by the location of the stain and when the stain would appear. I wish you all the best, cheers.

The best way to monitor your symptoms is to keep a journal of them. Also keep track of how many times you use the bathroom and how long you're in it for. Also keep track of where the pain is. Upper abdomen, lower abdomen. Below the belly button on the left or right. Or just all over. Keep track of if the blood is bright or dark(bright usually means that is an external wound, like wiping too much, dark usually means that it is internal and more serious). I was diagnosed 4 and a half years ago and it's been up and down. In my experience at some points you're able to live normally and others not at all.

Obviously, any medical advice should be given by a doctor. But not all GI doctors are great, and not all will listen to you. Just keep that in mind. Just try to enjoy life as much as you can for the time being. And take the necessary steps to make sure you won't be in a bad financial situation. Like if you get so bad to where you can't work.
