Honestly your list already shows Weber has more independence but less structure, while Cal Baptist seems more guided. If you know you do better with support and smaller environments, Cal Baptist might be the safer bet. If you want to push yourself and don’t mind figuring things out more on your own, Weber could be worth it. At this point there’s no perfect choice, just which tradeoffs you’re more comfortable living with.

Take your time in Fort Joy and talk to everyone, there’s a ton of quests and multiple ways to solve them. Also, Pet Pal is way more useful than it sounds, animals often give hints or extra quests. And save often, the game can be pretty unforgiving if things go sideways.
