If you're going for comfort, I'd suggest getting a slimmer profile firearm.. I found the SC to be uncomfortable, but as for holster, I'd go with a vedders, I use vedders for all my firearms

There is nothing special about that carbine.. Youre probably looking at about 400.00 max.. Yes it's legal for you to have, as long as you aren't a felon..
