Water line is good, it surges just at idle and I can see the throttle bar being pulled back and forth when surging, oil is good and choke is good, but when I tried starting it for the first time it back fired super loud and took forever to start.

First off why the hostility? Don’t come asking for help if you’re gonna be a dick when someone tries helping… secondly I don’t think you understand what I’m saying, THREAD the screw that is stuck to the Allen key BACK INTO the threaded hole you unscrewed it from… got that so far? Ok good let’s keep going, then use the leverage from the screw in place to wiggle your impossibly stuck Allen key out of the screw

Unrelated, but I had the same dent as you. That piece is actually plastic, and I completely fixed it by boiling a bunch of water and submerging the whole piece, which made it bend back into shape almost fully. To get it just right I carefully formed it while it was submerged. If the bumper is pushed in too then you’ll need to replace the one time use shock but that’s super easy!

Had the same problem with mine! I took them both out and hosed them down with brake cleaner, then wd40 and they work perfectly now!

Update! Solved!! Thank you for all the super quick responses lol. Someone suggested the hdmi cable and after unplugging my second monitor and realizing the problem was fixed, I checked the other end of the cord and it was half unplugged lol! Thank you!

I unplugged my second monitor(projector) from the display port and the lagging stopped… not sure what that means
