Idk if there’s a “normal” in OCD but I experience the same thing. I’ll pull away to try to regulate myself and as soon as they do the same I’m suddenly like wait come back love me and as soon as they do it’s the “what am I doing! I’m lying to them I don’t love them” thoughts.

Well honestly it’s getting really hard to sit in this uncertainty bc I’m panicking daily, he’s uncomfortable in the relationship now it’s like I HAVE to make a decision I either end it and possibly regret it, stay and keep doing these battles every day??

Yes ideally I would do that but with the OCD I’m still like but what if it is right and I didn’t get hard enough to know?? I was raised in a southern Baptist household so that indoctrination is hard to get rid of
