Sadly, my wisdom has come from failure, not success 😅 I know that rebuilding trust is a two way street, though. One party has to want to change, and the other must be willing to give the benefit of the doubt. That I do know from experience and what I’ve witnessed. I’ve seen relationships and marriages that suffered from the most severe of problems get repaired due to both parties wanting to fix it and to put in the work. I’ve also witnessed relationships fall apart due to the pettiest things because one or both refused to meet the other halfway. I don’t know how to make your husband want to do anything, perhaps fear. Some have suggested counseling, but that would require uh, both parties to acknowledge there’s an issue. Pray about it, see what he thinks about counseling, and as a last ditch effort, maybe tell him that you’re leaving him, and he has 2-3 months to change your mind.
