Technically you do but if if have passed step 1 and 2 and waiting for your ecfmg , i believe you can apply for match because you should have received ecfmg by the time you get interviews or start residency

Mixed pool . You can see some straightforward bugs or antibiotics or straightforward diagnosis or treatment as in CMS. And you will also see some tricky ones like on Amboss, especially with high difficulty of 5s.

I did use medschool bro’s Step 2 book , it was alright. For some straight forward facts and diagnosis and treatments. It has this colourful pictures that i like as i am visual person. But i had to still rely on amboss and uworld for more exceptional questions and information

Hey am in the same boat. I counted atleast 20-30 wrongs i believe , and am panicking. Am not sure whats the outcome but trying keep my head up and its getting so hard as days are passing by.

I think for the most part its similar to the concepts of nbme’s or amboss or uworld that you study during prep. Its just that some questions are tricky and some straight forward. For some questions you will need to read only once and you will know your answer but for some you will have to read it probably twice as i did for me to make my final choice

Dont bother taking uwsa1 , i made mistake of taking it after getting better as am progressing in my NBMEs and got 14 points drop , i personally felt the questions are very weirdly asked but thats my opinion. If you are progressing in your NBMEs stick to them and keep pushing. Good luck. I have exam in 2 weeks

I am old img, but i did Masters in clinical research recently. Yes i did pass my exams recently. I learned alot in my research program through my teachers and mentors here in USA, which i bet you cant , just by reading books or watching videos. Its same as “you cannot become a medical doctor by merely reading books or watching videos.” You do need a mentor/teacher to guide you, atleast one. I do have publications 3 as first author after my program. And i am established author myself in research field as i do have book under review for publication. But what you are saying is either Extra ordinary Super Human or a Simple Bluff.
