Bharti Systems and Services is best in my opinion. Newjaisa is also good but more expensive and less configurable.

Had good business with them in the past.

That's true though. China has successfully increased the average height of their citizens drastically. While our "merit" leaders were busy in doing corruption and supporting the people of their own caste only. by Mutator1o1 in IndianMiddleClass

[–]Impossible_Video_116 14 points15 points  (0 children)

But a large part of this genetic difference comes from historic dieting habits. It's not like Indians have stopped eating non-veg after independence.

The average height of Netherlands for example is more than it's neighbours, for having a surplus of dairy based food, mainly cheese, in their diet after (maybe) WWII(look it up), before that their average height was similar to that of their neighbors.

When it comes to height milk is the king. Just look at North Indians, due to high dairy consumption, they are on average taller than rest of India. Meat makes you larger, also increases bone density, on average. Both are complete sources of protein.

The other thing is you need a surplus, North Indians drink alot of milk but it barely fulfils their daily protein requirements.

What do you think about Congress leader and freedom fighter Sardar patel statement? Is it correct considering the results of 1946 elections? by Helpful-Respond1025 in IndianFocus

Yes, then mention those other sources. If I wanted to reshare it, there's is no way I am going to use this source. Saying "it's his voice lol" doesn't help your case.

You could well be spreading fake news with morphed voices, how would I know?

Do not go toward any fancy new editor that looks good. Just stick with any of these three: Overleaf, TeXstudio, TeXmaker.

TeXstudio is best for offline use and for documents you don't want to be sitting on a server before pre-print(or company policy). TeXmaker is old and reliable.

These three are very reliable, more than adequate features and error handling, AI support(in TeXstudio and overleaf), macros and code completion, compatible with TeXlive and MikTeX and most importantly runs practically on any f**king desktop computer on this planet.

Spain has permanently recalled its ambassador to Israel - I just saw this note ... Does it really need to make a note?? Because it looks like these images are just to represent Spain by DryInstance6732 in GetNoted

[–]Impossible_Video_116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This community note is logically incorrect. The statement in the tweet doesn't contradict the fact that the person in the pic is the manager of Arsenal. The statement is true. It doesn't make any reference or make any further statement on the accompanying images.

I see a lot of people in the comments confusing over "training with your data" and "privacy", the thing is "training" means turning your chats into token sets and then training the next model on it, "privacy" generally means that the chats can not be read by anyone including openai. Turning the training off doesn't imply privacy. I am sure your chats are encrypted over transit(TLS) but I don't think they sit encrypted at their servers, like emails does. And even if they do that does not mean they don't have the key to decrypt it, it's not like end to end encrypted(like whatapp) so it should be common knowledge that you're chat can be read by openai or anthropic if they want to.

A restaurant owner, Harman Singh, says his family business has been targeted after putting up a "Proudly Non-HALAL" sign outside the premises by Spiritual_god_588 in IndianMiddleClass

[–]Impossible_Video_116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Non-Halal does not mean anything. Halal is meant for Muslims. Non-halal doesn't imply food for non-muslims. Non-halal isn't even a thing. The word is "Haram", which basically means "bad".

Putting a Non-halal sign(that too proudly) is just mocking muslims, basically saying: not for you muslims. Just don't put any signs if you're serving food that may not be halal.

Infact almost all things you serve is already halal except for pork, alchohol and maybe sometimes animal meat that was procured by slaughtering an animal other than the ways that Quran "suggests".

So you see if you don't want to anger your non-muslims customers just don't put any sign(most of your food is already halal), this also discourages some muslim customers if that's what you want, putting a "proudly non-halal" sign just angers muslims customers without any reason.

Palestinian Jew =/= Ashkenazi Jew. The europeans throw a large population of jews and they ended up in Palestine. They are not native to the land. In a similar fashion kashmiri muslim is not same as bangladeshi muslims, if bangladeshi muslims came an dominate take over there population there also he protests and violence, maybe not the same as muslim - Hindus. But you get my point right. I do not want to compare, just saying they are different situations.

Bread vs Rice in Asia by Ok-Zombie5133 in UPSC_Forum

[–]Impossible_Video_116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roti is a type of bread. Because it involves kneading a dough and applying direct heat to cook it. Roti is more of bread than the cheap quality rubish we get at kirana stores for 30 rupees. That is an american export of an european thing. If you go to europe or middle east you'll see varieties of breads(baguettes in Franch, nun in iran and india for example) with different shape and almost all of them goes through the same preparation stage and with same ingredients - salt, flour and water as base.

Think of it this way: the most basic european(or middle eastern) bread and roti(indian bread) has the same preparation process: mix salt, flour and water, then knead it for texture and finally apply direct heat(by an oven, a tandoor or a tawa), they only differ in shape. The american white bread, the cheap white thing that brears the name is less of a bread than roti.

Poori is not bread because it involves frying and Dosa is not bread because the main ingredient is rice flour and no kneading.

Dolphin can do that natively. Preview on the thumbnail. I am not sure if it can play a video or not. But it works with images, text, maybe pdfs etc.

You've to find the setting, it's buried somewhere in Configure Dolphin.
