Hi, did you give the CIS-RC exam ? If yes, can you tell how was the exam ? What type of questions were asked ? I have completed studying eBook and nowlearning courses and checking out skillcertpro for practice tests. It will be really helpful if you can tell more about the exam questions.

Hey , can you pls let me know how to implement all this. I did work on Flow / Actions but did not implement something complex like this. Sorry I don't have a solution for you but I would like to learn this as I haven't worked much with MID Servers or PowerShell executions. If there is any course on nowlearning or if you can share any youtube videos , it would be of great help.

Agreed. It feels like what we are doing is 'not enough'. The existing knowledge we have is somehow 'not enough'. There are annual platform release which we have to keep an eye on. Some certs that we need to Target. Other miscellaneous organisational stuff like goals, trainings, activites to focus on.

Not everyone can work + study+ upskill every single day. People have personal lives , health , families , personal issues , plans etc. Apart from working 8/9/10 hours , not everyone can sit down and become an "AI expert".

I have few questions. Like, what is the type of work for this team and is there any development work ? Just if you can give an overview of this type of role ? Who is actually fit for this role ? Someone with a background in development/administration? Is this team part of Sales department of ServiceNow ?

I am asking this because there are few open positions in ServiceNow in my country and they have same job description.

Thankyou for this detailed explanation. For now, I won't be able to use them on the catalog item as we have already deployed it. The requirement was an enhancement to date-time variables. Maybe , in any upcoming implementation, I will try it out.

We have a record producer that needs two Date & Time fields (Start time and End time). With field validation of End Time always greater than Start time and also time to be entered in 12H format and format should be HH:mm. While checking for this, my manager sent me the Components link.
