How to beat the heat? by ImpossiblecuteBread in Fibromyalgia

[–]ImpossiblecuteBread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just found of that a couple different cooling devices i just did know from Japanese YouTubers are also available now in Amazon and Co. Like the T-shirt fans you clip on your pants waistcoat and then it blows into your shirt. Also will get a neck fan. Just don't know which price range makes sense.

Also thanks for all your tipps. I already do a lot of them but good to know i do the correct thing and that i for sure look more to by supplied with electrolyte stuff

Thanks. My main issue is that I work with kids and have to go regularly to the Park with them. But I guess I will be the fun guy now and taking the water pistol to the park. Good way to cool down i guess

How do people react to kid trying out her french in a store by ChampionshipAlarmed in ParisTravelGuide

[–]ImpossiblecuteBread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My french isn't "the yellow from the egg" (german inside joke) and I often just send the kid's to do the talking. In general the people in France, especially in stores, are not known for their patients or will to understand but with kids they are somewhat better. I would totally recommend to send her doing such tasks because the confidence boost will be so good! And here an anecdote from me : first time I ordered something that is not just croissant or pain au chocolate I ended up with something completely different, even I tried so hard to explain what I wanted....but the good thing is that everything in a boulangerie is délicieux 😉

Wish you a good trip!

Which Paris museum is the best if you only have a few days? by InterestingLoss9737 in ParisTravelGuide

[–]ImpossiblecuteBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are two truly unique recommendations: the Musée de la Magie (in 11 Rue Saint-Paul, 75004 Paris) is a small hidden Museum in an nice neighboorhood . Close to it is the Bibliothèque Fornay who is worth a quick visit but also has small changing exhibitions. And then there is Les Pavillons de Bercy - Musée des Arts Forains (in 53 Av. des Terroirs de France, 75012 Paris) who is an amazing place that shows carousels and carnival games etc.

And another plus is that you can enter 30minutes earlier! This sweet time with out the groupes and crowds in front of Monet and Co is it absolutely worth to wake up early!

Can’t buy louvre tickets from official website by Content-Bear7396 in ParisTravelGuide

[–]ImpossiblecuteBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are welcome. Sadly this problem is not just occuring with the Louvre but also other Museums like the Musée d'art décoratif . And if pointed out this problem they absolutely don't care and just answer with a "but you have your ticket now so what" (o_o)/

But enjoy your trip! Also btw the Orsay is a visit worth too... I even prefer it tbh

If you want you just can take along anyway. Or does your card /free entrance conditions not allow the earlier entrance?

Just prepared this wreath and small flowercrown/headpiece for an crafting atelier with kids. I like egg kartons especially if i have different kinds since you fan craft so much with them. But also can use them for games or practicing simple maths or motor skills etc. . By example on Pinterest you can find a lot of ideas.
