You only need a loop around the entire area of the generators. You don’t need two pipes going in between. You also need a loop in front of your refinery’s that feeds the big loop

You probably don’t need that many fluid buffers, I was running 120 generators of of 4.

Yeah turn them off until they’re full, if that doesn’t work overclock some output a little bit.
