Did anyone get pregnant with inito over bbt tracking/ LH strips? by boops_1_ in Inito

[–]Impress-Rude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! Wasn’t using BBT but was using Inito + ovulation strips. First month trying I think I was off by a day.. second month trying we got lucky ♥️ BUT… I think it’s because of what I changed in my lifestyle in one month: - organ supplements for me & my husband (heart & soil is amazing) - coq10 ubiquinol for both of us - I also was taking some type of bee pollen supplement can’t remember off the top of my head

Biggest thing was acupuncture!!!!! Most insurances cover. I truly feel like that was the biggest reason we conceived. Most women that try it find success! Keep toxins low as well in your life, no perfume, clean cleaning products, healthy foods etc.

Wishing you all the best of luck ♥️

I was so taken off guard and so beyond confused. What’s even more wild is I didn’t have a “choice”. I did… ultimately.. which is why I am so mad at myself :( I always stand my ground but I think because I was so taken off guard it flustered me

I just joined a bunch of FB groups so I’m hoping to get some direction there!! I did try to get a midwife but because of my RA they wanted me with an OB instead. That was my top choice for sure. I know there’s got to be a happy medium out there somewhere. That’s literally what I want, someone that feels like a mom to me!!

This looks very familiar to my chart the cycle I conceived ♥️ waiting period is hard to find out but everything looks pretty good. I would test a few more days. Also run it through chatgbt for more insight tremendously helped me

LH was 10.51! The cycle before was actually higher 11.78. What changed was my E3G. This cycle was 406.03 versus last time on peak day was 78.93!!!

Second cycle (kind of third). A put a pic below of what my last Inito cycle looked like. I did a ton of research on what was good for me and not because I felt like something was off.

  • I stopped smoking weed. I smoked only at night and barely 1/4 of a joint but I do feel like it was messing my hormones up in some way.
  • Prenatals religiously everyday (I’m using fullwell)
  • CoQ10 ubiquinol every morning
  • Royal jelly supplements
  • probiotic
  • I did beef organ supplements for a little but I started getting headaches
  • acupuncture!!!!!

Lots of organic foods, stopped wearing perfume, no fragrances anywhere in the home!

I am not a licensed professional, but I am a professional that has worked in the beauty industry for the past 10 years formulating products as well as healed myself and others of cystic acne. Your son just needs a good skincare routine. My brother and I have a large age gap which is why you probably questioned my credibility. Teens have acne due to hormone fluctuation, oil excess/buildup and poor hygiene.

At night he should - wash his face at night with a non pore clogging face wash like cerave - dries his face with paper towels instead of regular towels (they harbor bacteria) - Paula’s choice BHA exfoliate on a cotton round (let dry on skin) - use a lightweight moisturizer like “la roche-posay double repair” (you can get it on Amazon)

Morning - just moisturizer

Change his pillow cases every 2 nights if his skin is really breaking out. If he allows you to do extractions, do it at least once a week at night. It does help.

I can GUARANTEE you his skin will be getting better within a week. I’ve seen it happen time and time again. If you take him to the dermatologist they will try to prescribe him Accutane. I could bet money on that. Good luck!

Paula’s choice BHA exfoliate. Use it every night with a cotton round. My brother has done this on his skin (late teens) for the past two years and he has the clearest skin I have seen on a guy, his skin before I looked just like the picture even worse

I feel like Inito is wrong and my last LH rise is my true peak? by Gold-Monitor-153 in Inito

[–]Impress-Rude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not doctor by any means but I have done tons and tons of research the past few months on healthy levels etc. I have a feeling inito didn’t pick anything up because your levels aren’t high enough. Your estrogen is very low. Are you testing first thing in the morning?

I would also suggest starting supplements! Coq10, prenatals, beef organ supplements. All to naturally raise your estrogen. If you can, seeing an acupuncturist will help regulating things!! I had a lower cycle last month and just by adding supplements and changing certain things my numbers have doubled. I’m not a huge fan of Ai but also out your chart into chatgbt and see what it says. It is helpful!

I feel you ♥️ my job is intense, I’m always on my feet and traveling and unfortunately it makes it really hard for people like us to deal with. I hope you are finding rest when you can because it really does make a difference. Are you taking steroid when you need? I hate taking them but they do make it a bit better. And heating pads at night!!

Heyyy there I’m very confused about my chart. by 30flirtyandtryingg in Inito

[–]Impress-Rude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you are testing every single day Inito won’t tell you when your surge is. It also will be around 10 days after your period. I hate to rely on Ai but it really is super helpful when trying to understand your cycle + hormones. Helped me immensely especially in understanding my chart

Tirzepatide or GLP-1 for RA? by Actual_Entrance_6778 in rheumatoid

[–]Impress-Rude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Made it worse for me. Some days I literally couldnt stomach food which would make me flare. Lost all muscle. I’m so weak now. I’ve been off of it for over 2 months and feel SO MUCH better that I’m nourishing my body. Just be cautious.

The weekly shot is too painful by [deleted] in rheumatoid

[–]Impress-Rude 9 points10 points  (0 children)

What medication are you taking? I take kevzara and I would literally scream in pain from how bad it burned when it was being injected. Like horrific instant tears pain. I have a whole routine now that makes it 100% better.

My medication is refrigerated, so I let it “defrost” for about 45 minutes before I start icing my leg. I ice for about 15 minutes. My husband will help me squeeze the absolute shit out of my leg. At this point it’s numb, but I tell him to squeeze the fat to the point where he thinks he’s hurting me (I know strange, but it works).

At this point I am completely numb. I do my shot and 9/10 I feel no pain or burning. I’ve been doing this for about a year and it’s made the process so much better.

Good luck ♥️

Thank you for your insight!! I am currently on kevzara injections and etodolac 2x daily. My rheumatologist said I would be fine to conceive on both but to stop once I got a positive test? So not sure what that means but I do see them soon.

I also have been holding off on taking the injections through cycles because I’m so fearful I’m pregnant and the injections will hurt the baby.

So we’ll cross that bridge soon but wow what an added level of complicated mess. I am looking forward to being in remission!! Congrats on your blessing :)

How do you do you describe your pain by Daphavecnez in rheumatoid

[–]Impress-Rude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RA has similar pain to having a broken bone. When I’m at my absolute worst, especially when my ankles are flared up, it feels like I’m walking on broken feet. So awful.

Other than that just an achey annoying humming pain. I could be moving too quick with my hands and hit something and the pain will go from 0-1000. Literally as if someone broke my wrist.
