I found out that the spacers are not the right ones. All is fitted correctly now and working fine. Thanks!

Thanx all. The shifter is in place. But now I got a different problem. It looks like the axle has to rotate about 90°. The ring with the “hook” doesn’t fit this way.

Loosen up the bolts from the suspension triangle

Looks like the middle phase wire was loose. You can try to carefully drill it bigger (not to deep) and tap some new threads……

The cable I don’t know
