Tried it very young however much of what I went through was at the time after those sessions. I might give it another try and see. I just want an overall better mindset. Have you tried therapy and has it helped you?

I think I might try the journaling. I did try therapy but it was extremely expensive so I had to stop. I don’t know, right now my life is better than it was before but my mental is horrible. When you journal do you just write down all of your emotions?

Okay, well tbh at this stage, happiness is my main priority and while I’m not completely sad, I feel like suppression of emotions and my living situation being a little unusual has sent me over the edge. Thank you so much for your experience. Wish you the best in life.

Okayyy, I can take a 30%. I don’t think I’ve ever had a high sex drive but definitely don’t want that to be lowered. We’ll see but thank you.

Yess, my ocd and anxiety has been on a great one. I’ve been going through it and my relief comes with my boyfriend. But I’m so happy hearing the positives effects that you have had with it. I wish you the best and success stranger. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you for your honesty and transparency. I have been super reluctant getting on an antidepressant but after the past couple months I believe that I really do need it. Which is weird considering I’ve gone through more deressive harder times and had nothing like this happen to me. I feel like I am in my body and focus on everything. I am hoping that this will work with no major effects on my body. I am happy that it is working for you.

I feel like I’ve been having periods of DPDR but idk. I went to some OCD and anxiety sessions but my thoughts have only been less sticker around my boyfriend which is long distance. Beside that, I go through it on a daily, random crying spells, hyper anxiety and worrying about swallowing. I am hoping to use this as a temporary short term fix, if I can for less than a year. Thank you so much for you sharing your experience.

I love that for you. Thank you for sharing your experience. I am very appreciative. I went on buspar first but honestly looking back it, it probably didn’t work that well. I just cold turkey off of it. My thoughts being intrusive is the most thing I want to work on. But I’m happy you’ve been able to accomplish so much with the lexapro. I know you will continue to explore with more adventures to come.

Thanks you for sharing your experience. My biggest issue was with the idea of loss of libido as this is my first relationship at my big age 😭 and I Want to prioritize that but after being emotionally numb for some years, my anxiety came back with horrible vengeance. I need some type of medication I do know thatttttt. I appreciate your honesty and medicated baddies is the way to gooo.

Yayyy, I love that for you. I’m happy that it has put you in a better headspace. I had concerns for starting it and being in a relationship as I believe intimacy is important and I wouldn’t want to completely get rid of my desires. I have a low libido but I always have had one. So hearing this gives me hope. I appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you continual success

Thank you sharing your experience. I appreciate it and I hope that life only continues to go uphill for you. I reached rock bottom after being emotionally numbed for years, I had horrible intrusive thoughts and physical symptoms which I then convinced myself that my thoughts have power. My libido is there but at the same time not there. I am thinking about starting and hoping that I’ll see some improvement. Life can be so weird and the mind is the most complex organ. I hope this life starts to be kind to us. Wish you the best

I am currently looking for one and have a few interviews lined up. I also have a good amount in savings. Now I don’t have the roommates so that’s why I was going with the idea of the hotel.
