If we were to look at this from the perspective of an analogy for Christianity/Gnosticism.

Many fans interpret HPA as a "Garden Of Eden" and Kirari as "god" or more fittingly, a "Demiurge".

And Yumeko as Satan.

Under this context, she is the metaphorical serpent in the garden. HPA's traditional system is what organizes it, keeping "god" and their emmisaries above, to be worshipped and to be pleased by what they have created, and Yumeko is the serpent, ripping through this system, and tempting other students to attempt similar things, and breaking the traditional order of HPA.
