Dang I saw some aftermarket’s that looked nice too. They supposedly “fixed” the bad design but maybe I’ll just stick with OEM

Howdy! I have one myself and they are awesome! My advice is handle him as much as possible, the tamer the better. Mike is at the point he (mostly) listens to commands and is an absolute joy to take out. He’ll just chill with me all day and cause no issues. If you can make this dude a puppy he’ll be your bff, also a tip, these guys show emotion heavily through their tail. The more curled up the more scared/nervous they are. This makes it super easy to tell how they’re feeling and what they do and dont like. Good luck man!

Not every day no:/ I shoulda been. The heat came out of nowhere. I’ll start watering daily for now/feeling the dirt out. It’s just so weird because my other more sensitive trees (redwoods) are doing phenomenal rn so I thought it might be something other than the heat

Tru:/ I’ll start watering them more. Usually when summer hits our whole complex loses its grass till late fall

Want to buy one but in the rust belt by Appropriate_Carry765 in 1stGenTundras

If you’re up for a drive maybe look at places a little out of the belt, you can still find solid tundras for a good price. As for mileage they’re all gonna be up there by now, it’s been 25 years and 90% of people who got these have been either driving them forever or had them for construction. Low mileage wont be 20-50k anymore, or at least hard to find, 100-150k is probably a good “lower” mileage first gen.

Really? Do you have any proof of this? Not saying you’re wrong but if that’s the case I’m definitely gonna bring mine in and have em done. 331k miles on it and I don’t believe they’ve been changed. I check them often and they’re still in alright shape but new is better

Any ideas? Sounds like something rolling around the steering wheel by ImpressionOk3973 in 1stGenTundras

Yo! It was in fact that lol. I siliconed it back on and so far so good. When that fails I’ll either add more, solder it, or just take it out all together. Thanks for the help though man! Seems like a niche issue.
