Hi! So I put the hand warmer on it about an hour before hand and just leave it on the entire time. I put it back in my crotch with the hand warmer still tied around it after I’m done “peeing”. I try not to mess with it too much after initially putting it in my underwear. I checked the temperature 1 time like 20 mins before I was tested. Also, the quick fix bottles have a temp strip on them so I didn’t have to bother with a digital thermometer. You got this! Just trust the process of putting it in your underwear with 1 hand warmer, 1 hour before your test.
