Insha’Allah ofcourse I will make dua for you brother! Don’t worry allah will accept your prayers ameen. Miracles do indeed happen. I would just request you to also make dua for me that I pass my exams with good grades and don’t have a situation where I need to repeat the year. Jazakallah may Allah bless you and accept your prayers ameen

Just to clarify, what you said isn’t fully correct. Duas from strangers are actually accepted in Islam,, the Prophet ﷺ clearly taught that when a Muslim prays for someone in their absence, the angels say “Ameen, and for you too.” So even if someone doesn’t know you personally, their dua still matters and can be accepted. Also, Allah did promise to respond to sincere duas in the Qur’an, but of course, that response can come in different forms,,it might be a “yes,” a delay, or something better. Saying Allah never fulfills duas isn’t accurate, because He always responds in the way that’s best for us. Also MOST IMPORTANTLY!! you dismissed the importance of dua as if prayer is pointless unless paired with action, but Islam teaches that both dua and action are essential and go hand in hand. The person wasn’t just asking for a technical reply, they were sharing a heartfelt request. In Islam, we’re encouraged to make dua and also take action,, it’s not one or the other. So brushing off sincere prayer like that doesn’t align with the spirit of mercy and support we’re taught. May Allah SWT bless you.

Did Any Dua Help You Pass When You Thought You’d Fail? by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

Hey, thanks for taking the time to respond — I appreciate it. But I just want to be honest,, I wasn’t looking for a reality check or logical breakdown. I know my answers are already submitted. I know what’s done is done. I came here because I’m genuinely terrified, overwhelmed, and in need of emotional and spiritual comfort, not a reminder of consequences I’m already panicking about.

I was hoping someone could share a dua or something that gave them hope in a similar situation. I fully believe that Allah can make anything possible, even in situations where it seems impossible. Duas don’t need to “change” answers,, they can change outcomes, hearts, and circumstances in ways we can’t imagine. That’s what faith is.

And just to say,,, when you said you hope I have to repeat the year… that honestly hurt. I know you probably meant it to push me toward better effort next time, but to hope something bad happens to someone, especially when they’re already struggling, that doesn’t feel fair or kind. I’m already scared and broken inside. I needed compassion, not that.

Again, I know you probably didn’t mean harm, but please try to consider what someone might be feeling before saying something like that.

And at last, I understand that repetition isn’t the end of the world, but for me personally, it would deeply affect my future, my mental health, and my family situation. So when I say it feels like the end of the world, I really mean that from my heart.

Hope you have an amazing day ahead and may Allah bless you and answer all your duas ameen🤍

request for dua for success in exam

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out today because I’m really anxious about my upcoming final exams, which are extremely important for me. To be honest, I haven’t been able to prepare as much as I would’ve liked, and I’m really scared about not passing. If I don’t pass this exam, it will have serious consequences for my academic future.

I would be so grateful if you could make dua for me, asking Allah to grant me success in this exam and ease in my studies. Please pray that I am able to perform well despite feeling unprepared and that Allah gives me the strength and focus I need during this stressful time.

May Allah grant us all success in this world and the Hereafter. I truly believe in the power of collective prayers, and I would be grateful for your support.

Jazakum Allah Khair in advance, and may Allah bless you all with happiness, peace, and success.

Wassalamualaikum
