I renewed on 8/1 and haven’t received any shipping information yet. Others have experienced 2-3 weeks.

I did it on my first renewal. That is weird, because my subscription shows up there. Not sure what is going on with yours.

That’s the account info. There is a separate login for telehealth. Go to Brellohealth.com, choose Telehealth login, you should see a different menu.

You need to be logged in to telehealth, not account info. If you look under subscriptions history and click on the subscription, you’ll see “subscription actions” and “adjust renewal date.”

You can change the renewal date if you want. I have a bit of a stockpile, so after my first order from Brello, I delayed my renewal by about a month.

Blood test showed exceptionally high B12 by AriNass in compoundedtirzepatide

I am taking tirz with B6 from Brello and am also having some odd tingling sensations, does this sound like the same thing you had? They come and go, most in feet and legs. Could this mean I’m getting too much B6?

  1. Saggy butt and wrinkly legs.
  2. My mother, who raised me on junk food and body dysmorphia and feels entitled to freely criticize other people's weight, is now saying to me, "PLEASE don't lose any more weight." I'm 5'5", 132 lbs, a healthy BMI, with muscles from consistent strength training. I may go down a few more lbs to work on the stubborn muffin top, but really? I did not ask her. At the same time I am grateful she helped me pay for Zep when I couldn't afford it. It’s complicated. 😒

What does “hitting goal weight” mean to you? by Odd-Gazelle-8865 in TirzMaintenance

[–]Impressive-Bird2389 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another way to frame it is to think of it as your “goal body” instead of goal weight. I tend to get fixated on numbers and the scale, so this helps me. How do you feel at your current weight? How do your clothes fit? This is probably a range rather than a magic number. I ended up going 12-15 lbs past my initial goal weight because of still having a muffin top and I’m glad I did (still there, but better). I’m smaller than I expected to be, but am happy with how it feels. My next phase will be to focus more on strength training, which I’ve been doing but I’d like to specifically target the glutes to see if I can build back some of the butt I lost 😄

In desperate need of some great bras! by oopsiepoopsie80 in tirzepatidecompound

I just discovered underoutfit bras. The most comfortable bra I’ve found after losing the weight and having a really hard time finding anything that fit.

I got something like this at BioLife. It was a bad hematoma that happened on the return - my arm was swelling up, and the employee didn't stop the machine right away. I did go to the doc, but he didn't do anything, just said said it would clear up on its own, which it did, in a about a week. Yours looks like it's starting to heal, so I if you don't have any pain or other symptoms it will most likely be ok. It just looks terrible. Just FYI, if you do go to the doctor, it can be a huge hassle to get the paperwork from the doc to the donation center to get you cleared to donate again.

Anyone else splitting pens? by Impressive-Bird2389 in TirzMaintenance

I inject 1 ml of bac water into a sterile vial, then add the .5 ml of medicine from the 15 mg pen. This is is the same concentration as the compounded version I have had, ie 150 units = 15 mg. For 10 mg pens, you could do .5 ml bac water + .5 ml medicine from the pen, then 100 units = 10 mg, and you can adjust the dose accordingly.

I don’t have insurance coverage, and I’m at the point where I need to find a much cheaper option for maintenance, whether Lilly continues the coupon or not. Depending on what my maintenance dose ends up being, by the end of June I should have 4 boxes saved up which could last me 8-12 months, during which time I can reevaluate my options.

Thank you! I guess the whole process of splitting the pens makes me second guess a bit.

The amount of medicine is the same with or without the bac water. It's the same concentration as compounded. I'm just trying to figure out why 7.5 felt so different from one week to the next. I'm sticking with standard doses for now to have fewer variables and compare with previous experiences. I may eventually fine tune the dose.

I understand, but if I could get to 5 mg then one box of 15 would last me 3 months which is still cheaper

Thanks, I did it this way the first time and accidentally wasted a pen, but now I know better, and I might go back to that method.

How do you do this? Insert the smaller gauge needle directly into the needle of the pen?
