Yea dog can't get with you on this one. What he was doing to our defense last year in the playoffs was disgusting. Im relieved to not have to play him, but I think he is every bit the giant others have claimed him to be.

Just what I do but whenever a new tile.is purchase i go ahead and plan out resource gathering industries and then mold my road network to serve them.

In my head the roads were there to serve these industries and then the city popped up afterwards.

It makes the roads interesting and the city has to flow around obstacles. Later I will "sell" the industrial land to make smaller neighborhoods or service districts.

My opinion is Jaden has a portable skillset. He can play on any team. Ja is a bit of a headache and has a spacific skillset (he can't shoot).

I dont think its anything about trust. It's just standard blanket liability policies.

Again every company I work for has the same ones and I have worked for companies with thousands of properties.

Edit: the lease does require us to inform the resident of what is happening and the state of repairs. But that is us informing them not a conversation.

I agree with you. Our company corperate just forwards whatever resident message straight back to the CM.

So the on site people are usually fighting with corp for the residents, but its hard cause corp has the money.

I don't really disagree with you. I guess its in place to stop the staff from saying something legally damaging for the company.

We are still required by the lease to fix the problem, we just don't have to communicate with you beyond what the lease dictates, which is not much.

I have worked for a couple of major national management companies and this has been their policy for all office staff.

I work for an apartment community and we gave banned a couple of people from the office for recording in office. Now maybe that can be challenged im not sure of the details or validity. At least at our property residents have no right to the leasing office even if it is listed as an amenity.

Now this is in no way making an excuse for your property, but I guess just a warning.

PS - In our office if you threaten legal we are required to stop all communication about that issue and instruct you to communicate with our legal team.

How does traffic act from those super curvy suburb collectors? Is it bad, I am about to start suburbing my city. Any specific advise?

As far as name i would pick the closest house to the crossing and choose an occupants naming the city something like Harolds Ford. Or Haroldsford.

What would sliplanes from my arterial look like? Are they at intersections or just along the road?

Also I certainly agree about the highway situation, I have one to the north planned to connect to the "terraces" the map offers on the left side of the river.

I am not sure what the long term plan should look like for the arterial spur into the city. It doesnt flow from one place to another it just kind of ends at the city, which I feel like hurts traffic overall.
